How it works

Meet your colleague.
Start asking questions.

Ask about a product, check a process or pick up an earlier decision. Your colleague answers from what it has learned, asks when something is unclear and keeps its understanding current. FUSED sets up and manages the service.

A simple start

An AI colleague that understands your business and has a place in your existing tools. You can involve it in everyday work, ask questions and add skills built on that understanding. FUSED manages the setup and ongoing service.

Your starting point

Start with a colleague.
Build on what it learns.

Sales, administration or helping people find answers: a broad starting role is enough. FUSED helps with the details as your colleague gets to know the business.

01

Meet your colleague.

Choose a name, personality and broad role. We arrange email, Teams and appropriate access with your IT team. Introduce it to the people it will work with.

02

Ask questions. Keep it in the loop.

Use it for answers about the business while it researches, asks questions and checks its understanding. Relevant emails and Teams conversations help it keep up as things change.

03

Add skills when useful.

Request a skill or consider its suggestions. We agree the work and fees, build and test the skill with you, then support it in use.

Start with what you have

A person. A few useful materials. Your existing tools.

You do not need a finished knowledge base. Choose someone who knows the work and a few reliable sources. FUSED agrees the initial focus and your team’s input; the colleague helps find the gaps and asks the next questions.

See what FUSED takes care of at each stage
01 / Need

Find a useful starting role

Tell us where your team needs help. We look at what gets delayed, repeated or missed, and choose a sensible place to start.

02 / Role

Draft the job profile

Agree the broad job, who it works with, what it needs to know and what you would like it to help with.

03 / Appoint

Choose the colleague

Choose a name and working style. If a comparison would help, we can prepare a few candidate profiles for you to question and try with example work.

04 / Workplace

Set up email and Teams

We work with your IT team to arrange its email, Teams presence and access. Accounts and licences are confirmed for your Microsoft 365 setup.

05 / Induct

Research, ask and check

The colleague reviews agreed sources, researches the business and asks targeted questions. Your team adds internal context and confirms important details. FUSED checks its understanding with you.

06 / Ready

Begin working together

Ask what was agreed, check a product detail or find the current guidance. Your colleague answers from its confirmed knowledge and flags what still needs checking.

07 / Equip

Add a skill when you need it

Agree what the skill should produce and what needs your approval. We quote, build and test it, then monitor and support it in use.

In the tools your team already uses

Loop it into the email.
Bring it into Teams.

Email it directly, copy it into a relevant thread or include it in an agreed Teams conversation. It picks up context, asks when something is unclear and uses what it has learned next time.

Names and profiles are illustrative. Where a comparison would add value, FUSED would prepare a role-specific shortlist and work scenarios for the actual engagement.

The first few weeks

Give it a good start.
The learning keeps going.

Allow around two weeks for initial learning on a focused role, with your people and information available. Your colleague researches and asks; your team fills in the gaps; FUSED checks its understanding with you. We test what it knows before agreeing it is ready.

WEEK 01 / ORIENTATION

Research and ask

  • Review agreed documents, website pages and market sources
  • Map products, terms, responsibilities and useful context
  • Ask focused questions of nominated people
  • Record conflicts, gaps and information still awaiting confirmation
WEEK 02 / PRACTICE

Test and refine

  • Work through realistic questions and role scenarios
  • Check tone, accuracy and escalation behaviour
  • Correct misunderstandings and confirm important answers
  • Agree what is ready, what remains guided and what is out of scope

A self-learning cloud colleague

Your business evolves.
Its understanding should too.

It researches your business in depth: your products and services, industry, competitors, unique positioning and public social content. It revisits that picture as the business refines its offer, changes direction or responds to the market.

Through email and Teams, it captures decisions and their reasons. It checks whether a change is a standing instruction or an exception, what it replaces and who may be affected. Recurring gaps become suggestions for improvement.

We agree what it can read and how often it should check for changes. It can remember decisions automatically under those rules, and asks you to confirm important or unclear changes. It keeps outside research separate from your instructions and only shares information with people allowed to see it.

  • What you do and who you serve
  • Your industry and competitors
  • What makes you different
  • Your website and social messaging
  • How your people get work done
  • What has changed and why

ImproveLearn from recurring gaps

Learning more does not grant permission to do more. New skills, systems and responsibilities still need to be agreed with you.

Clear authority

What can it do without asking?

Each new skill starts with its own tests and reviewed work. You decide which routine actions it may handle once the results support it. Some work can always stay under review.

Do, once agreed

  • Tested routine actions within agreed rules
  • Use known information from approved sources
  • Complete standard follow-up and record updates
  • Prepare low-risk work for review

Ask

  • Important information is missing
  • A request falls outside the normal pattern
  • A commitment or approval is required
  • An instruction or policy may need to change

Hand over

  • Sources or instructions conflict
  • A sensitive or high-risk situation needs attention
  • The same failure keeps occurring
  • The matter sits outside its agreed role

How we agree and review responsibility

After launch

FUSED stays involved.

We maintain the connections, monitor whether work completes and help when something goes wrong. As your business changes, we review the service with you and agree improvements. Affected work can be paused or returned to review while we check a fix.

Monitor

Check that jobs finish, the right people receive the results and records stay up to date.

Review

Spot repeated problems and things that still need an answer.

Update

Agree important changes to the role, permissions, systems or instructions.

Improve

Use recurring problems to improve how the work gets done.

Practical questions

Questions before you start.

How much time does our team need to contribute?
Choose someone who knows the work and can answer questions. The colleague researches first, then asks about what it cannot establish. We agree the time and frequency of those conversations with you before starting.
What do you mean by self-learning?
It takes an active role in finding out about your business. It researches, asks questions, remembers confirmed answers and revisits what it knows as things change. FUSED manages that process. It is updating business knowledge; it is not retraining the underlying model or giving itself new permissions.
Do we need a finished job description before we start?
No. “Help our sales team” is enough to start. We agree a broad role and who will guide the colleague, then refine the work as you get to know it.
Is a cloud colleague a real person?
It is AI, clearly identified as such. A name, role, work email and Teams presence make it easy to involve in the working day. FUSED provides the people who build, manage and support it.
Do we have to review several candidates?
No. We can help you choose a suitable starting colleague directly. If you would like to compare working styles, we can prepare a small shortlist and some questions to try.
Does learning mean retraining a public AI model?
Here, learning means developing and updating the business knowledge available to your colleague, not retraining the underlying model. Provider data-use terms, access, retention and other safeguards are confirmed for your engagement before information is connected.
Is the colleague guaranteed to be ready in two weeks?
No. Around two weeks is a planning guide for a focused role, with access to the people and information it needs. We check its understanding with you. Anything that is not ready stays under review.
Will we need to replace our current systems?
Usually we start with the tools you already use. Any new software or connection is discussed as part of the design and costs.
Does every action need our approval?
No. You may approve defined routine actions after reviewing how the skill performs. You can also keep a skill in review. It never gains broader permission merely through time in use or a good result elsewhere.
Does FUSED read every email or Teams conversation?
No. We agree which sources, accounts and conversations the colleague may access. Copy it into relevant exchanges; it asks when it needs more context.
What happens when the business changes?
It revisits agreed sources and asks about changes. You can also tell it directly in email or Teams. It updates confirmed knowledge and flags affected work or documents. FUSED checks whether the service needs adjusting.
How do the fees grow?
You pay for setup, the ongoing managed service and the skills you choose to add. One skill can handle many related tasks. We explain any new work, connections and fees before you agree to them. See how the fees work.
