In your familiar tools

You already know where to find it.

In Outlook. In Teams. Alongside the conversations where work already happens. FUSED works with your IT team to set up its accounts, connections and access, so your team can get on with using it.

Your systems remain the workplace

Email a request, share a document or ask a question in Teams. Your colleague is clearly identified as AI, and the completed work goes back to the business systems you agree.

YOUR PEOPLE KEEP AUTHORITY

Important decisions come back for approval.

FUSED behind the serviceSetup · Learning · Skills · Monitoring · Support
Example connections are agreed for your role. Microsoft 365 can provide the workplace; other systems can be considered too.

The setup behind the scenes

We work through the setup with your IT team.

You do not need to choose the technical account design yourself. We agree how the colleague will work, then check the accounts, licences and access your environment needs.

What we arrange with your IT team
01

A person to guide the role

A named person remains accountable for the role, access and important decisions.

02

Clearly identified as AI

Name, profile and communication make clear that the colleague is AI-enabled.

03

Accounts that fit your setup

We confirm the supported identity, mailbox and Teams setup with your IT team, including the licences needed.

04

Access for the job

Email, Teams, files and systems are limited to what the role genuinely needs.

05

Someone to ask

People know when the colleague can act, when it must ask and who receives the handover.

06

A record of important activity

Important activity, approvals, failures and changes have an agreed record and owner.

The exact accounts, connections and licences depend on your Microsoft 365 environment. We confirm them as part of implementation.

Practical platform roles

Use each system for what it does well.

Outlook and Teams are familiar starting points. Other systems can supply information, keep records or carry out parts of a skill. We choose the connections the work needs.

01

Outlook

Email it directly. Copy it into the conversation.

A recognisable address lets you send a request, forward a useful exchange or copy your colleague into a relevant email thread. It uses the context it receives and asks when something needs clarification. FUSED confirms the supported setup, licensing, access, sending rules and retention for your Microsoft 365 environment.

Useful forBusiness context, questions, direct requests, enquiries, service messages and action follow-up.
02

Teams

Conversation, questions, decisions and handovers.

Teams can let people message or mention the colleague, provide context and answer targeted questions. It can also bring an exception to the right person without creating another dashboard.

Useful forQuestions, shared context, approval requests and short updates.
03

SharePoint & Microsoft 365

Approved knowledge, evidence and documents.

Existing document structures can provide approved information and working files. FUSED agrees which versions the colleague may trust and who may update them.

Useful forPolicies, procedures, product information, templates, controlled records and evidence packs.
04

Power Platform

Workflow execution, forms, approvals and visibility.

Where appropriate, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI can help route work, gather information, request approvals and report on progress.

Useful forForms, approval requests, task routing and progress reporting.
05

Dynamics 365

Structured client and operational records.

Dynamics can provide a system of record for sales, service or operational workflows where it is already used or has a justified role. FUSED does not assume a major ERP or CRM replacement is required.

Useful forLead, account, activity, case and process records within an agreed implementation.

Your business stays in control

Your knowledge and completed work belong in your business.

Your organisation retains ownership of its business data and agreed outputs. We design where records are kept, who can access them and how useful work returns to your systems.

OUTLOOK → AI → CRM

Enquiries become structured next actions.

Messages can be understood, summarised, qualified and returned to the agreed record and owner.

SHAREPOINT → KNOWLEDGE

Approved documents become usable answers.

People and colleagues can retrieve source-backed information while gaps and conflicts return to an accountable expert.

TEAMS → APPROVAL → ACTION

The decision reaches the right person.

The person responsible receives the question, the useful background and what needs deciding.

POWER PLATFORM → VISIBILITY

Repeatable work becomes easier to follow.

Triggers, handovers, actions and reporting can support the workflow where the environment justifies them.

Plan for continuity from the start. Before launch, agree data export, account ownership, documentation, access removal and any handover support or costs if the service changes or ends. The scope also identifies FUSED components, provider terms and anything that is not transferable.

Existing systems remain the agreed home for authoritative records. Any processing, storage or third-party service outside them is identified in the design; this is not a claim that all AI processing happens inside your Microsoft tenant.

Microsoft is common, not compulsory

Use the systems that make the work easier to run.

If your team uses other tools, we can explore suitable connections. The aim is to fit the work into your business, with access and support arrangements you understand.

For each service, we make clear which systems are used, what information is accessed and who is responsible for each part.

Work arrives

Which inbox, message, form or system starts the task?

Access

What may the colleague see and what is it allowed to do?

Record

Where should the result, evidence or decision be saved?

Handover

How does the right person receive the context when a decision is needed?

Designed for the working day

The service has to fit the business after the demonstration ends.

That means accounting for the systems people really use, the records the business must keep and the exceptions that arrive on an ordinary Wednesday afternoon.

01 / FIT

Business fit

Does the connection save your team work?

  • How the team works today
  • Time needed from your team
  • Approved business records
  • Who handles unusual requests
02 / CONTROL

Permissions & boundaries

What can the service read, prepare, change or send—and under whose authority?

  • Access for the job
  • Approval rules
  • Data handling
  • Accountability
03 / OPERATE

Support & recovery

How will failures, platform changes, expired access or broken handovers be detected and resolved?

  • Monitoring
  • Error handling
  • Fallback procedures
  • A named support responsibility
